Fundación ACDI/VOCA LA (FAVLA) is pleased to announce that Erika Arango, who has served as Interim Executive Director since July 3, 2024, has been appointed as the organization’s permanent Executive Director, effective March 25, 2025. Erika brings extensive experience and a proven track record of leadership to this role.

FAVLA was founded with a clear mission: to transform environments and create opportunities for meaningful inclusion. In 2024, we consolidated our impact, bolstering strategic partnerships with 22 partners, 74% of which belong to the private sector, reflecting our focus on sustainability and social innovation. Thanks to this joint work, we were able to strengthen 133 organizations and associations, indirectly impacting 8,264 people in our value chains. We have also worked with strategic sectors such as oil & gas, banking, and industry, promoting more inclusive and sustainable business models.
