The ACDI/VOCA LA Foundation will accompany Terpel, a leading company in the fuel distribution and marketing sector in 5 countries in the region, in the implementation of its Corporate Policy for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion DEI, through INclusions, Program for acting DEI.
Through this alliance, Terpel will be advised to incorporate international standards in DEI, awareness sessions will be held with teams from different areas and with activities such as “get on the inclusion train”, the appropriation of communication will be promoted in the company inclusive, non-sexist and accessible, and the learning of good practices.
Through a curriculum based on DEI principles, Terpel employees and leaders will be trained in concepts and best practices for the generation of safe, inclusive and violence-free workspaces. This curricular mesh can be used by the more than 3,400 direct collaborators of Terpel.
