Directora Ejecutiva

 

Expert in rural development, design, management and coordination of large-scale social impact projects. Solid experience in projects to increase the socioeconomic stability of communities affected by the armed conflict. Environmental engineer with a master’s degree in International Cooperation and Sustainable Development.

Diana Carolina Cabrera Moreno

Strategic Development Manager

With extensive experience in the design and implementation of programs of economic and social opportunities for inclusion and diversity for vulnerable populations, youth advocacy projects, peace building, in alliance with more than 1,000 partners in the private and public sector.

Hernan Giraldo Molina

Financial and Administrative Manager

Certified Public Accountant with more than 23 years of professional experience, specialist in International Financial Accounting, certified by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK) in full International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and IFRS for SMEs.

Sylvia J. Megret

President and CEO of ACDI/VOCA

As a global development executive with 30 years of experience, she promotes ACDI/VOCA’s mission and lives its values in support of inclusive and sustainable development. She is a board member of the Society of International Development’s U.S. Chapter (SID-US) and chair of the SID-US 2022 conference.

Jimena Niño Cáceres

Director ACDI/VOCA Colombia

With extensive experience in the design and implementation of programs of economic and social opportunities for inclusion and diversity for vulnerable populations, youth advocacy projects, peace building, in alliance with more than 1,000 partners in the private and public sector.

Nicole Chao

Vice President Resilience and Growth ACDI/VOCA

She leads a portfolio of projects and new opportunities in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. She has also supported sustainable agriculture, economic and social inclusion initiatives in collaboration with USAID, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the World Bank, local governments and private sector companies.

Heidi Pilloud

President and CEO of ACDI/VOCA

Ensures adequate systems, procedures and internal controls are in place to support operations and ensures a solid understanding of policies and procedures. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in accounting and international business from Iowa State University.

Ricardo Amaya Fandiño

Chief of Party of ACDI/VOCA in Honduras

With 25 years of experience in management and consulting in international cooperation and social development projects, he has served as Country Representative of ACDI/VOCA Colombia, Director of the Resilient Youth, Partnerships for Reconciliation, and Inclusion of Ethnic Populations programs.

Santiago Amador Villaneda

Co-founder of Colombia EdTech

MPA from Harvard University, and Master of Science from University of Oxford. Director of iBO-Laboratorio de Innovación Pública de Bogotá, Co-Founder of Diseño Público-Innovación Social y Educativa, and Co-Founder of Colombia EdTech. In these organizations he promotes and leads projects for social and educational innovation.
