Banco de Bogotá bets on Inclusion

Responding to the challenges of the current situation, the ACDI/VOCA LA Foundation developed a digital tool to work with 60 leaders of Bank of Bogotá, belonging to the School of Leadership and the Diversity Table, the “DecidoSer” and “INclusión” programs with the purpose of accompanying their learning process and mobilizing them around the generation of behavioural changes and transformation of attitudes that are reflected within the organization and their families.

Banco de Bogota and the ACDI/VOCA LA Foundation come together to materialize the Bank’s strategy, which seeks to make the company and its human capital inclusive and diverse.

Aim

Unite efforts to strengthen the School of Leadership of the Bank of Bogota, through a mobilization strategy aimed at the management team; that through the transformation of attitudes and actions of change that “start with me”, it will impact the internal and external client and will position the Bank as a benchmark in the development of solid inclusion and diversity.

Scope

From the 1st of September 2020 and till January 2021 virtually, nearly 60 people from the Bank of Bogota are trained on issues of diversity, inclusion, gender equality and leadership through two components DecidoSer and INclusión.

DecidoSer: With the implementation of this program, a process of training and mobilization of leadership for change is carried out, aimed at the entity’s management team, addressing 12 thematic axes, adapted to the Bank’s needs.

INclusions: through INclusions, training will be provided in gender equality, diversity and inclusion (social, labour and economic) to promote inclusive organizational spaces with all the diversity of our society. 5 modules adapted to work virtually will be implemented.
