FAVLA is an ally of the PepsiCo Foundation in the development of Colombia of the global strategy PepsiCo Positive (Pep+), which seeks to implement initiatives to increase the income of more than 250,000 people in its agricultural supply chain before 2030, inspiring a positive change for the planet and the people. The portfolio designed and implemented for PepsiCo includes initiatives oriented to building a more sustainable food system, to promote the potential of the communities to improve their livelihoods and contributing to caring for the environment.
The project promotes the Orillo enterprise, which uses waste from banana cultivation to create artisanal handicrafts in Turbo (Antioquia), improving microbusinesses, production, and marketing skills, while reusing materials, contributing to caring for the environment.
