Women, Water and Reconciliation

FAVLA is an ally of the PepsiCo Foundation in the development of Colombia of the global strategy PepsiCo Positive (Pep+), which seeks to implement initiatives to increase the income of more than 250,000 people in its agricultural supply chain before 2030, inspiring a positive change for the planet and the people. The portfolio designed and implemented for PepsiCo includes initiatives oriented to building a more sustainable food system, to promote the potential of the communities to improve their livelihoods and contributing to caring for the environment.

The project improves the productive capacities, empowerment of rural women and the development of innovatory practices for the sustainability of small potato producers in Toca, Boyacá.

How we did it

  1. 1. Accompanying organizations to continue to be linked to PepsiCo’s supply value chain, through the incorporation of Good Agricultural Practices and Sustainable Agriculture Adapted to the Climate.
  2. Implementing DecidoSer to strengthen capacities for empowerment, teamwork, emotional management and autoregulation to make conscious decisions.
  3. Generating collective skills in organizations to improve their associative and alliance management practices.
